Description of the seal image The scene is framed by line borders at the top and bottom. A bearded, four-winged hero grasps a rampant, winged wild goat (ibex) on either side, each by a foreleg. He wears a long, open robe over a short tunic. Behind the rampant animals is a six-rayed, globe-centred star above a globe-topped standard (or divine weapon, i.e., mace).
