Description of the seal image A bearded hero wearing a belted tunic grasps a foreleg of a rampant, winged bull with his left hand and holds a sickle sword (scimitar) in his lowered right hand. Between the two figures, there is a fish, while behind them, an eight-rayed star above a globe and an unidentified symbol.
