Description of the seal image | The scene is framed by two bands with triple diagonal hatchings arranged in opposing pairs at the top and bottom. A seemingly leaping and not a half-kneeling hero (archer) wearing a broad-belted tunic with a fringed lower edge aims his bow at a human-headed winged bull (aladlammu). The archer has a sword at his waist. The latter is wearing a brimmed headdress. Between the two figures, there are two cuneiform signs pointing in opposite directions. |
