Archer hunting bull

Archer hunting bull
Kategória Cylinder Seals
Description of the seal image The scene is framed by line borders at the top and bottom. A half-kneeling, beardless hunter (archer) wearing a headband and a double-belted tunic aims his bow at a rampant bull on the other side of a tree on a hill. Next to the tree, there are three lines, possibly indicating further vegetation. The bull has hook-shaped lines along its neck and at all its knee joints. In the sky, there is a crescent moon and a six-rayed star.
